make a smile lottery works with paid face-to-face fundraisers who may call upon householders in your local community. You may also see them at local events and retail outlets. All our representatives will have official identification on them – please ask to see this and ask any questions you may have.

We work closely with a telesales agency called AMVOC.
Please note: calls are made Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
They call numbers a maximum of 2 times.
All calls are filtered through the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).
AMVOC have a Quality Assurance Team who monitor calls.
Call agents are trained constantly by AMVOC to ensure the highest level of customer service is apparent and all calls are recorded.
