Introducing our Fundraisers
Make a smile lottery works with paid face-to-face fundraisers who may call upon householders in your local community. You may also see them at local events and retail outlets. All our representatives will have official identification on them – please ask to see this and ask any questions you may have.
As well as face to face fundraisers, we work closely with a telesales team. Call agents are trained constantly to ensure the highest level of customer service is apparent. Please refer to our Canvassing Code of Practice and our Canvasser Code of Conduct and Compliance for any further information.

Telesales team
We work with an amazing telesales agency. Please note that calls are made Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 8pm, and 11am to 7pm on Saturday. They call numbers a maximum of two times a day (with a minimum four-hour gap) and a maximum of six/eight times in total over a one-month period. All calls are filtered through the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).
Call agents are trained constantly to ensure the highest level of customer service is apparent and calls are constantly monitored by the Quality Assurance Team.
