As well as face to face fundraisers, we work closely with a telesales team. Call agents are trained constantly to ensure the highest level of customer service is apparent. Please refer to our Canvassing Code of Practice and our Canvasser Code of Conduct and Compliance for any further information.

They call numbers a maximum of 2 times.
All calls are filtered through the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).
